Lisa Collins has worked in various capacities in the employee benefits field spanning more than 25+ years. She has worked in HR, for a national health insurance company, a regional brokerage firm and a national TPA in both sales and sales management roles.
Currently, as the director of PrimePay’s Broker Concierge Services she is responsible for managing the Broker Concierge Program to provide benefit professionals with business solutions, strategies, resources and tools to strengthen broker’s value proposition. Lisa is also responsible for national agency and general agency relationships across the country and works closely with third party technology partnerships to offer brokers integrated payroll, HR and benefit administration solutions.
Lisa regularly provides seminars and continuing education courses on employee benefit topics. She holds Certified Flexible Compensation and Advanced Chartered Benefit Consultant designations. She is the VAHU president-elect and has been a past member of NAHU’s Regional II Professional Development board. She holds a business administration degree from Towson University.
