Farren Baer is the chief experience officer (CXO) and has served NAHU members for over 18 years. She received her B.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resources and certified in Association Program Management. She over sees NAHU’s status as a premier education provider of continuing education content, professional development, program delivery and administering of continuing education credits applied towards agent/broker licensing through state Department of Insurance offices. She also provides support services as staff liaison to NAHU’s various working advisory committees. Farren also contributes to NAHU’s industry partnerships by way of custom training for corporate partnerships, exhibiting at trade shows and media barter partnerships. Farren is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Society of Human Resource Management.
When Farren is not upholding the integrity of industry certifications and designations that bring economic value to agents and brokers, she can be found hiking, enjoying her local farmer’s market or riding her Vespa.
