The DOL has updated its self-compliance tool for determining compliance with the group health plan mandates contained in Part 7 of ERISA, including mental health parity. The tool is in the form of a compliance checklist and appears as an appendix in the DOL’s Compliance Assistance Guide, which also includes Q&As on mental health parity.
