Announcement

CMS is closing the Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS) on July 21-27 to prepare for launching 2018 registration and training. We’ll notify you when 2018 training is open for registration.

CMS Contact Information

Agent/Broker Email Help Desk: Contact the Agent/Broker Email Help Desk at FFMProducer-AssisterHelpDesk@cms.hhs.gov for questions about agent or broker participation in the Health Insurance Marketplace and SHOP Marketplace on HealthCare.gov, including general registration and training questions (not related to a specific training platform), and identity proofing/Experian issues requiring manual verifications, and policy questions.

Marketplace Call Center – Dedicated Agent/Broker Line: For questions/comments about a consumer’s Marketplace application and enrollment, agents and brokers who have completed Marketplace training and registration may call the Marketplace’s Dedicated Agent/Broker Line at 855-788-6275. You will be prompted to enter your National Producer Number (NPN) to access this service and may request assistance with password resets of consumer HealthCare.gov accounts, non-standard Special Enrollment Periods (SEPs), and other specific consumer application and enrollment questions. If you have not completed Marketplace registration for the current plan year or your NPN is not valid, you will be transferred to the main Marketplace Call Center available at 1-800-318-2596 (TTY: 1-855-889-4325). Both phone numbers are answered 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Agent/Broker Call Center: Contact the Agent/Broker Call Center at 1-855-CMS-1515 (855-267-1515) or CMS_FEPS@cms.hhs.gov for questions about password resets and account lockouts on the CMS Enterprise Portal; HealthCare.gov website issues; and other CMS Enterprise Portal account issues, requests, or error messages. This Help Desk is available Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET.

CMS Training Help Desk: For technical or system-specific issues related to the Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS), user-specific questions about maneuvering the learning management system site, or accessing CMS training and exams on the MLMS, contact MLMSHelpDesk@CMS.HHS.gov.

SHOP Call Center: For questions/comments about the SHOP Marketplace, contact 1-800-706-7893 (TTY: 711). This Call Center is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM ET.
