David Mordo has been in the employee benefits industry for 40 years where he has consulted with brokers as well as small and large employers in all areas of compliance; specifically ERISA, HIPAA and PPACA and other employer issues concerning healthcare and health insurance.

He staunchly advocates on behalf of smaller employers which regularly takes him to the halls of Trenton and Washington, D.C. where he speaks with state and federal legislators and regulators.

David enjoys teaching and is the Director of the BenefitMall School of Insurance where he teaches continuing education courses to brokers in many states around the country. Recently he has also become an instructor with NAHU's Learning Institute.

David has a keen understanding of the concerns of the small business owners who are providing benefits to employees and he seeks to provide remedies that address those concerns.
