Randolph (Randy) W. Frey Jr. is the vice president, senior services, at FNA Insurance Services (FNA) and is responsible for overseeing the full range of Medicare and senior services offerings to FNA’s broker partners.
Randy has over 20 years of demonstrated success in healthcare marketing, sales and sales management, working with both individuals and large and small employer group accounts. With 10,000 individuals/day becoming Medicare eligible, Randy is instrumental in building FNA’s commitment to offer Medicare products, including the delivery of a Medicare Exchange together with an expanded array of services for the senior segment.
Prior to joining FNA, Randy was responsible for developing the Medicare Program at Professional Group Plans (PGP) where he was primarily responsible for the enrollment of over 5,000 members into individual and group Medicare plans. Randy began his Medicare career in 1986, as director of sales with Elderplan, the pioneering Medicare “HMO” in the greater New York area. He was also responsible for the successful start-up of the ChoiceCare/Vytra Medicare plan, and was instrumental in the group Medicare market at both Cigna and Humana.
Frey holds a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from City University of New York, Brooklyn College and an A.A.S. in Marketing and Business Administration from Nassau Community College. He is a licensed life, accident and health broker in New York State.
