Company Overview
On-Site Health Care was incorporated in 2001 to help employers control their workers' compensation & group health costs by implementing on-site providers to treat and prevent work related injuries and illnesses. From our initial roots in occupational health, On-Site has grown through client request to provide a wide array of on-site clinic programs and fully customizable and scalable population health management programs nationwide.

Wellness Program Overview
At On-Site Health Care, we strongly believe that risk detection and targeted follow-up programs are the key to improving personal health and therefore are the foundation for controlling health care costs. When modifying behavior it is critical to create a positive environment with external individual and group reinforcement. To accomplish this goal On-Site offers a variety of low level and active interventions that enable us to integrate and tailor appropriate wellness initiatives for your company.
